With 28 years of experience, Arthur Segall Jr., DPM is Board Certified in Podiatric Medicine as well as a Board Certified in Foot & Ankle Surgery.
Dr. Segall graduated from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN, with a BS in Chemistry before receiving his Doctorate in Podiatric Medicine from Barry University School of Podiatric Medicine in Miami Shores, FL in 1991.
Continuing his graduate training, Dr. Segall completed his residency at Hialeah Hospital and Palmetto Hospital in Hialeah, FL, as well as an AO orthopedic fellowship in Liestal, Switzerland, which he completed in 1993.
Dr. Segall has achieved Diplomate status in the American Board of Podiatric Surgeons and the American Board of Podiatric Medicine, and is a Fellow in both the American College of Foot & Ankle Surgeons, and the American Board of Podiatric Medicine. He is a Clinical director for Barry University School of Podiatric Medicine 3rd and 4th year medical students rotating through Westside Regional Medical Center and HCA hospitals. He is also an active member in the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons, the American College of Podiatric Medicine, the American Podiatric Medical Association, and the Florida Podiatric Medical Association.
Dr. Segall’s extensive education and decades of experience have made him an expert in sports-related foot and ankle injuries, orthopedics of the foot, ankle and lower leg, foot and ankle fractures & sprains, total ankle replacements, Achilles tendon injuries and tears, wound care, diabetic limb salvage, limitation of motion-stiffness, bunions, heel & ankle spurs, plantar fasciitis, flat feet, hammertoes, and ingrown toenails. Dr. Segall is the only foot and ankle Expert Medical Advisor in Broward County.
